The allocations for the animals are in line with conditions that ensure animal welfare, in an environmentally friendly frame, preserving the biodiversity of fauna and flora, all aspects that make it a highly sustainable production system.
We currently have various programmes in place that aim to fully guarantee the control and maximum safety of the products we process: SSOP’s (Standardized Sanitation Operational Procedures), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) plan.
We have a quality control department to guarantee the safety and traceability of manufactured, stored, transported and marketed foods.
